Southern Cross Language Instituteについて

SCLIは、クライストチャーチ市内中心部に近いメリベール地区に位置する、少人数制の私立語学学校です。


1987年に日本の聖カタリナ学園と共同で設立され、聖カタリナ学園の生徒をはじめ、日本各地の女子生徒のために、1年の集中英語学習コースを提供しています。

SCLIでは、お互いに刺激し合える前向きで楽しい授業を提供しています

私たちの理念は、「生きた英語を届ける」。

教室で身に付けた言葉に命を吹き込み、実社会での生きた交流へと進化させることです。

SCLIの学習コースは、高校卒業前の日本人生徒のニーズに合わせて特別に考案されたプログラムです。当学院の目的は、全技能において質の高い英語教育を提供し、高校卒業後の志望大学への進学を円滑にサポートすることにあります。

全ての授業は英語で行われ、話す機会を最大限に確保するため、クラス内では英語以外の使用を禁止する厳格なポリシーを設けております。

I am currently majoring in English linguistics. In addition, through my part-time job at a hotel, I interact daily with guests from overseas.

At SCLI, I learned the joy of communicating with people from different cultures using English.

 

Through this experience, I developed a strong desire to connect with more people and to see more of the wider world.

My time studying at SCLI was an invaluable experience that helped me grow significantly as a person.
